RUN! DO NOT STAY HERE! Multiple mistakes made and no resolve. Extremely poor customer service. Management is not involved and not around. Edgar is very rude. Bad experience all around. By far the WORST four seasons ever!

not the typical upscale four seasons you would get at other cities. This is next to a busy freeway and tucked away, staff is awesome but it really lacks the upscaled four seasons feel

Hotel and service is amazing but I didn't like he showers in the bathroom was very old style and kind of non functional. But other than that Hotel is good.
