Room 216 was in a gully. Stairs everywhere. Room not well appointed. One vanity in bath with no place to set items. Only small mirror No place to sit down with makeup etc. Service in restaurant very slow. 30 minutes for drinks to arrive after ordering. Food at Lillian’s was very good. The Inn is not worth the price they charged for our Junior Suite. Poor value for price. Probably won’t stay there again.

Stayed for my birthday and had an absolute amazing time. We were in a prestige bungalow and utilized the fire place in the patio for smores one night. During the day we played out by the pool and had amazing drinks with pool food. The spa has been the best deep tissue experience I have received in a very long time. Beautiful cafes are located a short three minute walk just outside the property. Would stay here time and time again for a home away from if you are from Southern California.

Overall a nice stay! The room was updated, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Loved the pool area! Our server was so friendly! We came to celebrate a professional milestone. To surprise me, my husband asked for complimentary champagne upon arrival. He was told they could honor this request but it wasn’t there at check in so he asked again. The staff brought us champagne but we were charged $37 for two small glasses. I know it’s not a huge deal, but we were bummed. We expected more out of a high end hotel and it was during the week. Besides this, we loved our time! Definitely worth a visit.
