We stayed at this hotel twice as a family travelling from Australia. The hotel was suitable to our needs and we took advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle service and bag storage service (for a small fee). The staff were friendly and helpful, with the exception of the shuttle driver, who appeared to not really want to be there. We all enjoyed the breakfast provided in the cafe on the ground floor. Overall we would definitely stay again but we would be careful to check the room first. We found the quality of the rooms varied with various items of maintenance required in each room we were allocated (staff were happy to move us from one room where the balcony door did not close properly which was appreciated as it was minus something outside!). A complimentary late check out was provided as we had a later flight in the day which we were very grateful for. (Thank you Don)

We stayed here for the Eras Tour. It's about 1km to the Brighouse skytrain and Richmond Centre mall. We flew in the day of the concert and appreciated how the staff were able to check us into our room early!

Good place to stay.
It was just a quick overnight stay...maybe have a backup front desk after 11pm - waited a long time to check in - crazy lady ahead of me and another lady but no back up for poor front desk employee, They have security both physical and electronic for your safety. Great food in the morning and great service at restaurant

It seems what version of this hotel you get is very dependent on what building you’re in. Highly positive reviews were likely in the main building. If you are asked to go out the door to your room after check in; you will be in the older, run down, motel vibes rooms, where the pictures do not match the actual space. This place is fine if you’re looking for a relatively cheap spot close to the airport to put your head down for a few hours.

Strongly recommend this hotel. Was in town for the Taylor swift concert and loved how close this was to the sky train station. The restaurant in the hotel is also amazing, had a delicious supper and breakfast there. I had one of the newly renovated king suite rooms. The room was massive as well as the bathroom. I was very impressed with the cleanliness as well as how comfortable the bed was. I will definitely be looking to book this hotel in the future whenever in the area. Thank you for the pleasant stay!
