Their security staff completely ruined our entire trip. We were denied entry into the casino for verifiably made up reasons just because we were dressed up fun for Christmas. It was degrading, aggressive, humiliating, and heart-breaking. If there's a dress code, then just say so -- but they tried to tell me I was "too drunk" to come in when I was dead sober. It was absolutely unbelievable.

Price was affordable, but upon checkout, they hit you with multiple different extra resort charges and fees. Not really worth the cost after the extra resort fee pay on top of what you pay at Expedia. Could’ve stayed with the Sheraton for the same price and had better experience.

Vancouver Visit

Hotel was in great location with skytrain available. Casino and food court in hotel with a gift shop Starbucks. Rooms were comfortable with executive suite sunken living room. Everything u need is in hotel. Beds were comfortable and 2 tvs. Would definitely stay again!! Can't wait.
