Excellent hotel with a huge Vegas style casino very convenient for trains to airport only 3 stops away and heading in opposite direction to downtown our only complaint was we shoukd have stayed longer

Check in took an obscene amount of time. There were only 3 people ahead of us and it took 30 minutes to get to us. They only had one person working the front desk. They need at least one more person if check in takes 10 minutes per person. Everything else was great though

We stayed here specifically so we could walk to the Richmond night Market. We had booked a room with a pull out couch as there were 4 of us. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom penthouse suite!!! Wow, what a wonderful surprise!!! The staff were very friendly and helpful and we wish we could stay longer.

Parking garage elevators not working Indoor pool was nice but slide not working If you post pictures on the website make sure they portray the actual truth-the docks on the bay behind the hotel are in disrepair and there are NO boats docked and looks as if there hasn’t been any there for quite some time Waitstaff were very helpful but very understaffed-both in the restaurant and on the casino floor

The room had a uncomfortable desk chair that was stuck in a reclined position, glasses had chips edges, light switch cover fell off the wall, no bench in the shower, walls were scuffed up and wall paper torn. the hotel looked old and used.
