Super convenient that it is connected to the skytrain station. We flew in and were able to skytrain directly from the airport and all over Vancouver extremely easy. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Even got us checked in early. Disappointed with the dining. The Chairmans lounge and buffet was closed. The Rockhouse and Chopsticks Noodlehouse are not restaurants but merely a food court in the casino (must be 19 to access for people with minors). Sea Harbour is formal and needed a reservation. Gordon Ramsey restaurant will be a great addition for all ages with a proper sit down meal. Been there twice now. Once for a concert with teenagers. Again great for when you fly in one day and out the next. Not great for families in the sense of dining issues. Second time again fly down for medical appointments and fly home next day. Adults only on second trip and had a much better experience minus that we ate in a food court setting in a property that calls itself a resort. But we did enjoy the casino.

Accommodated our request for early check-in with kindness - so appreciated on such a busy weekend. Beds were comfortable and shower felt like a therapeutic spa. Proximity to train was awesome too. Highly highly recommend!

Really love the hotel and rooms. Love that each room has a tea kettle. Our only complaint is that sometimes it takes a while for customer service/reservations to answer the phone and the parking is too far away when it’s cold outside.

Great for one night if you want convenience to the airport. Skytrain is a three minute ride to Vancouver airport. Caution if you are a light sleeper ask for a room on the non track side as the sky train can be heard and felt at all hours. Parking is a long walk to the hotel so check in and drop bags first and then park.

Bed was in need of replacement. A bit of a sway in the mattress, time to replace. The windows don't open, and I thought I was getting a veranda which would have remidied that issue. Super clean and well furnished otherwise.
