The riverfront was a Pleasant View and walking area. The rooms were very accommodating, however Wasn't pleased with the fact that all the rooms are pet friendly. Attention should be given to the cleaning of rugs in some of the rooms. Old Sacramento and Amtrak train station in walking distance.

Our stay was fabulous! The room didn’t give us the nasal stuffiness that some hotel rooms will give us, so that was wonderful! Everything was clean and the staff was EXCEPTIONAL! The buffet attendant picking up plates was super great. The cook making omelets was very bubbly, friendly, and funny! The only thing I can say that I would have liked to see was a couple more towels and cups in the room as I reserved for 4 guests and ended up sharing a towel and a coffee cup, but it really was perfect otherwise. Thank you!

Excellent Hotel. Awesome free breakfast. Clean and quiet. Staff extremely nice and helpful. No parking onsite just valet. Parking is available for a fee across the street.

In my opinion Embassy has a great complimentary breakfast better than other brands. Love the evening reception and staff was friendly and great. For me the beds where ok but the pillows need help. Otherwise, I would stay here again its walking distance to the Capitol, Golden One stadium and Old Sacramento.
