The refrigerator in our room was very noisy as was the fan/heater that regulated the temperature. Also, the bedding was very cheap. Two thin sheets and four very small pillows. There was also trash in the trash can that wasn't removed before us.

I was very pleasantly surprised that my room was essentially an efficiency studio with a small kitchen, a desk/table, comfy armchair & bathtub. Only problem was my room was at the end of a hall with the highway right outside my window, so it was a little loud, but next time I'll just ask for a room closer to the entrance.

My daughter, husband, and I stayed for a volleyball tournament for 2 nights. Reception was okay, no smiles when I checked in, just business. The room we stayed in had an old smell, and was amplified by the heater. The sofa bed had stains, the sheets had visible thin spots from wear and tear, and it felt like there was barely a matress, just bars to sleep on. Sooo, we had to sleep 3 wide on a king size bed! Breakfast in the morning was a ticket that you had to fill out and turn in the night before by 11pm to the front desk. You had to make selections of what you wanted from a continental breakfast menu and select a time to pick it up. I did not find this convenient, so we didn't take advantage of their breakfast. They did have a kitchen with fridge, microwave, and 2 stove tops. If we were staying longer, that would have been useful. The bathroom was huge, and clean with double sinks, and that was helpful. The outside of the property was clean and looks very nice.

The grounds and lobby and floors and elevators are all very well maintained and nice in appearance. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. we especially loved the large desk which was a game table for us. My only gripe is with the pillows. they're actually really terrible. If I stay again, I might bring my own pillow. were at not for that, this is a five-star experience for me.

You need earplugs! No chance you’d have a good night sleep while trying to figure out which is louder - the snores from next door or the roar of traffic from just outside of the window… everything else is fine, but the noises were killing me…
