The staff was friendly enough but the floor in our room was visibly dirty with debris and hair, and the shower was not clean at all. The breakfast buffet was simple (cereal, oatmeal, bagels) but underwhelming. The location of the hotel was nice, but I would not stay here again based on the lack of cleanliness in the room.

I was surprised that this property was safe and well kept. The hotel has been remodeled and it’s very nice. They have security on the property which made us feel very safe. It was close to midtown. The price is great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

When we got there, it was not said that there would be a deposit. Also the lock on the window was broken the door when it would close wouldn’t actually lock even though the lock was turned, and there were multiple unsafe people around the area and one guy even knocked on our door and tried to beak in so we had to block the door and ran off when we said that we had a taser. Even though we don’t just for safety oh and then when we first got there, there were like three guys that randomly started talking to us, and we thought we were being followed, and they watched us go into the room. Will never stay here again .

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room smelled a bit of old smoke, but was otherwise clean and seemed like it had been refreshed since the awful 2022 reviews. Bus towards town for Discovery Park events is right outside. Local area felt ok to me but that depends on your tolerance. Over 5 days I noticed (i) a person in the car park saying weird things during the day, (ii) someone shouting loudly and aggressively at night (4 am maybe?), sounded like it was near the parking, (iii) during daytime, a group of people with stuff that seemed homeless and moved around the local area, I saw them in about 3 different places within 4-5 blocks during my stay. They seemed sober and responded normally when I said "hi". It just felt like they were sticking together and I didn't feel threatened.

Best deal you’re going to find
The front desk was very accommodating to us arriving early. They held our stuff while we ate and then let us check in at noon instead of 3pm. It was the best, least expensive hotel in the area.
