The shower head hardly worked. The bed was not comfortable, it was really noisy and it had a metal bar at the bottom that would hurt you every time you’d get off the bed.

Was me and my two young kids the outside was nothing like pictured online so just a little disappointing but got to room and sheets were not clean the pool was gross and the whole thing was just to much we left 7 hours in to our stay to be at a safer and cleaner environment very disappointed and wouldn’t suggest to anyone

I liked everything besides I have to be at work at seven. Breakfast doesn’t start till seven and my other complaint is there were some people staying back by me that were thumping their music for hours at a time at crazy late hours.

Overall is good. Just a training on front desk
The hotel is nice and clean. The bed is comfortable to sleep on. Everything went well. However, when we check in the front desk should explain when it is breakfast, check out time, time cut off for return deposit etc. We have to overheard from the another front desk to tell her clients. If not we would not know about the information.

We stayed here for a concert at Discovery Park I was excited for the breakfast which was horrible wish I got a cheaper hotel bought my breakfast eggs was water sausage was nasty other then that room was clean water pressure was good and hot pillows were ok the location was bad not really anything close for some basic stuff like water or fastfood

I had a not so good experience, the room had cockroaches in it. It was a non smoking room but it still smelled like cigarette smoke. In multiple occasions random people would knock on my door looking for someone that wasn't there.

I have stayed here before (the price is excellent) and have enjoyed the experience. I figured Surestay on Canterbury was my go-to place for trips to Sac. However, on this trip, the room I was given was on the "back side" of the hotel off a narrow difficult-to-park-in section of lot that was filled with stinky food trash, the smell of marijuana smoke, and people sitting in their cars playing loud rap music. I unloaded my car into the room and took it out to the front parking lot in front of the office so that it did not get broken into or dinged, as the back parking area had too-small spaces and people were not being careful in how their parked their cars. The room I was given (262) was clean and the bed comfortable, but the AC unit had a cut wire so that the temp sensor did not work and the room got so cold that I had to turn the AC off and then it got too hot. The bathroom door had been hit with someone's fist that had gone right through, making a big hole. It needs to be replaced. Also, the Indian restaurant that had operated on the premises had closed, so that was a big bummer.
