Needed a cheap hotel by the airport, but couldn't sleep at all due to full time residents and homeless blaring music and screaming at each other. Plus the smoke was unbearable, the rooms next to me smoked so much I could see it through the vents.

The shower head had a big leak that I reported in the morning. In the afternoon, we got back to ourcroom and the leak had been repaired and a new hand held shower was also installed. Great work by the maintenence staff.

The Room didn't have a shower curtain toilet paper, no vath towels & the door didn't lock securely. There were roaches inside the room. The outside was diety with people smocking & drinking making lots of noise.

It looks like a large part of the hotel is used as homeless shelter. The hotel room is terrible. Bugs on bed, on windows, walls. Lots of crockroach and other unknown bugs. We were scared. We left arou 9:30 pm. It's a nightmare.

The room we were give had no hot water. The staff was very good about getting us to another room where everything worked. However, we saw at least 6 roaches in the room. Breakast was coffee, small muffins and 1 kind of juice. Location was good and staff was great.

I booked a Queen bed and a Sofa bed with no smoking but a receptionist told me that only had Queen bed. He said: “Advertising was wrong”. He gave me 1 Queen bed with smelled cigarettes really bad. Next day, the hotel did not change towels or clean room when I got back very late at night to the hotel. Next day, I asked the man at reception table: “WHY NOT”. He told me that I have to tell them so I can get new towels or need to clean the room. DO NOT BOOK TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL. You will feel sorry as I already felt

Wish I could give it a negative number for review. There was dog poop in the hallway. Floor in the bedroom was so sticky your shoes got stuck to the floor. Bed was disgusting and ‘Free Breakfast’ is Coffee and/or Orange Juice. Awful
