Very disappointed.
Graffiti and hand prints on the headboard. No hot water. Door had a gap from either being pried open or kicked open previously...either way you could see outside. Upper level where our room was was uneven/sloped and in need of repair Hotel appears to be a low income residence for some (certificate of residence in lobby). The only restaurant in walking distance is a Dennys that had someone in mental distress hanging by the front door and looking in window. The entire area/location is sketchy...so much so that we had to leave at 3:30 am to catch a flight and the lobby was locked. Business is done via a bank style window. Weve had good luck at Super 8 in the past. This location is not recommended.

Decia que iva a tener un cuarto con cama king y sofa cama tamaño queen y cuando me dieron mi habitacion no era mas que una cama king fui a resepcio y me dijero que no tenia ese tipo d habitacion que me estaba mostrado en la app de expedia pero me ayudaron y me diero. Un cuarto con dos camastamaño queen me trataron bien pero en la app decia desayuno incluido y alberca y no habia nada de eso y aparte tenia cucarachas el cuarto

This property has a huge roach infestation. The staff were lovely. But this property is in dire need of fixing up. Between the roaches, the stains in the room and the lamps, and the cigarette smell even in non smoking rooms, I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Terrible place !! No hot water for the entirety of my stay! When I told the office about it they just kept saying they will look into it . Found roaches in the bathroom and on the floors . Walls dirty and smelled like mold . I requested a partial refund and Expedia said no. Even though this has been the worst trip and worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I do not recommend this hotel or using Expedia honestly as they will do nothing about any issue you might have . Good luck

I’ve been traveling with Expedia for many years and stayed in so many hotels. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. 1) Cockroach all over the room 2) No hot water 3) the noisiest place I’ve stayed If I have minus 5 I would give it I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I LEFT THE PLACE

This place absolutely blew; I don’t know why Wyndham even put their $50 tarp on the sign. Wasn’t the cheapest close to Winchester — we booked it because of the promised pullout sofa, YEAH THAT DOESNT EXIST SIR NONE OF OUR ROOMS HAVE THOSE. I was handed a spray bottle of Lysol when I asked for a different room with less smells, and told to book straight in the future & not through Travelocity. Door was clearly repaired from having been kicked in, and we saw daylight all night around three sides. Daylight all night, you might ask? Parking lot lights were BRIGHT to allow for all the night shift activities. Polite desk man told me they were fully booked - suspecting they’re packed with state-subsidized homeless, as there was a man going door-to-door asking ‘how long you been stayin here?’. It was all yuck.

I want to say that this greedy super 8 is one of the worst business to take advantage of there customers that ive ever seen, this friday the 21st we had a global disruption happen which meant all over the world planes where grounded banks where closed etc because of microsoft download etc and these guys where so greedy they ended up being sold out because all flights where canceled and they still took our money even though they made double and we werent able to get to them due to all planes being impacted, i hope everyone takes knowledge of this greed and dosent choose to stay with a company this greedy.
