The property and staff were ok.. What i did not like was that I did the right thing and paid for parking yet there were many many vehicles that got away with no paying for parking and were given warnings on their vehicle but nothing was done to those vehicles. The warning were given out each day to the same vehicles but no consequences were actioned. I feel that if there were no consequences, then whey did i have to pay for 4 days of parking while others were allowed to park for 4 days without paying.

The hotel smelled like cat pee (ammonia I am guessing). However, the smell was so bad we had to hold our noses going in and out of the hotel. Rooms didn’t smell badly but the lobby was sickening.

We were not notified that there was going to be a concert held at the hotel and had to wait in line to get into the property as there was one entrance with limited parking. Our room was not cleaned while we stayed there.
