It was a great location, wonderful room. Was a bit dated for sure but it was nice and roomy. Only downside was we checked in late and were hoping to have a later checkout but they only gave us an extra 30 mins

We greatly enjoyed the atmosphere created by the staff for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour. It is a great downtown location and easy to access all of downtown Vancouver.

Never having visited Vancouver before, I thought this was an excellent choice for us. Very walkable to some amazing restaurants, views from the Canada Place pier/dock, shopping, etc. It was all wonderful. The property is beautiful and very, very clean! We loved it here and would stay again if we ever get the chance for another visit!

Incredible stay for Taylor Swift! They decked out the hotel and all of the staff traded friendship bracelets with our kiddos, great location, and would definitely stay there again!

Amazing staff and beautiful lobby. No valet parking when we arrived. Room was okay but the worn carpet and peeling wallpaper was a little disappointing considering the cost of over $600.00 for the night.

Birthday Celebration gone BAD!!!
Upon arrival we were told the room we booked was not available. We were given another option saying it was an upgrade but it was not an upgrade because we didn’t want what they offered. They were not sympathetic to us. We were not offered any compensation for this hotel decision. It was very stressful!! My daughter saved and payed a lot of money for a little birthday celebration with friends and they had to be split into two rooms instead of one!!!
