Very quaint hotel, good amenities for the price point. Friendly and helpful staff, felt secure despite the entrance opening into a parking lot with rooted-through dumpsters. Would stay again!

The hostel is walking distance from the skytrain and close to the airport. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. They have a lot of necessities like toiletries available for guests. Everything was clean and in good condition except I found a hair on my pillow which ruined the illusion. The sleeping area is mixed (female and male) they said they had a "female prefferred" room but it still had men. I was first given a bed right by the door but my bed shook everytime the door was used and it was loud, luckily there was another bed available and the staff kindly let me move. Showers are in the same area as toilets and when they are in use the floor is wet all over which makes it hard to go to the bathroom in cloth slippers.

This Pod hotel is more hostel than hotel, but it's proximity to the airport, and price point would make it ideal for layovers. It is clean, and tidy, and all of the staff were helpful and courteous. Three small lockers for your belongings, and secured storage for large luggage. There is not much of a lounge, so no where comfortable to sit back, but there is a kitchenette with tables and chairs and plenty of electrical outlets. Don't book here if you need space and comfort amenities, DO book here if you need a quiet space to stopover at a reasonable price.

I thought this was a great solution for an affordable overnight stay after a long flight. Im from Bowen Island and my flight arrived after the last ferry so a solution was needed. Very friendly front end greeter/staff. Welcoming and Professionally laid out environment. The shower was lovely (33 seconds for the hot water to arrive). I had a hip hurting from the flight maybe and found getting down the ladder from the top bunk a little challenging. This is not reflected on Panda, but for me, my inner child wants the top bunk but my 52 years call for perhaps the lower bunk. There were others staying there but there is a (ill say strict, but its more a string suggestion) quiet zone sleeping/ pods area and as a light sleeper, i slept well. Was just an overnight for me, but, a longer stay would prove to be comfortable and affordable for travelers!

A great dormitory bunk style place with friendly and helpful staff. The Robot at the lobby was cool. Perfect for an affordable one or two night stay :) I did prefer it when men (xy) were on one side and women(xx) on the other side of the complex. Thanks

I want to start this review by thanking their staff for their exceptional services. Since I am not their target customer, my experience in 8/2024 may help others. 1. They have many pods. However, there are only 4 x 24-hour parking spots and a few more 9 PM - next day 4 PM spots. You might be able to find street parking. I think this is something drivers should consider. 2. This may be a training or misunderstanding issue. On that day, I could only check in with a passport or Canadian ID. Since people from the US can cross the border with US IDs, this creates a situation for those travelers. I was lucky that I had my passport. But what if I don't? Again, I really appreciate their staff for the services I received. However, travelers should also consider some of the limitations.
