Nice stay, great location
So the place is for sure dates and an older building but with its own charm and of course xtra space compared to brand new rooms. Full kitchen and balcony to boot and excellent location. The front desk team is incredible and so accommodating. I really appreciated the great service there and for the price point in Downtown Vancouver I thought it was very good value!

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed for 4 nights. They provided water and coffee for the room. The only thing was my shower just got like warm and not hot but otherwise everything was great!

At first, to be honest, I didn't have much expectation about this hotel when I saw its stars but it exceeded my expectations. The front desk agents were so kind with a big nice smile on their face. The check-in and check-out was so smooth and quick, I didn't have any problem. The rooms are quite clean and equipped with everything you may need such as glasses, cooking dishes, towels etc. Our room was one of the harbor-view ones and the view was actually nicer than the photos! So was the room! Sadly, the bathroom has a bit problem that needs to be fixed. No matter how you use the shower curtain, the bathroom floor will get so wet and the water won't go away cuz there is no drain on the floor outside the bathtub. The beds also need thicker duvets in cold days as we are going thru. Besides the room, the location of the hotel is quite convenient because it is super close and walkable to the downtown, there is a bus stop steps away from the hotel. I saw some other bus stops 1-2 blocks away from the building as well. There are many restaurants, cafes etc. nearby. I would definitely stay here again :)
