We had an excellent stay at Sutton Place! It is a beautiful property and the staff were extremely helpful and kind! We were checked in early and our room wasn’t quite ready but they upgraded us to suite that was ready! The room was a great size, comfy bed, delicious Nespresso coffee and lovely shower. We will be going back for sure!!!

Our first visit to Vancouver was amazing!!! Liked the hotel and the amenities. My only complaint would be the price of parking and condition of the parking garage and that the mattress was due for a replacement. Overall, would still recommend Sutton Place.

I like the location and the service you get from all the staff. We book this hotel when we can but is getting out of our price range. One thing I do not like is we bring some snacks and yogurt to have and the fridge is full of items to sell I loved when we could put our leftovers also in the fridge. There is absolutely no room for that now.

Decent 4 star property. Front desk was very curt and less friendly than I expected. Bell hop was very courteous. Took several calls to get pillow/blankets sent to our room for sofa bed (which is not a true fold out sofa bed with mattress). Room was rather dated, shower was cramped. The good part about the hotel is its location. You are a very short walk to all the restaurants and shops on Robson street.

The VIP upgrade through Expedia was wonderful. Got a great, spacious suite. The hotel itself is also excellent . The location in the middle of downtown is most comvenient, close to many things. And the room rates are quite reasonable for what seems to be a five star hotel. We recommend it strongly.
