Staff were great. Room was clean and a good size. Great views in restaurant but pricey. We were on front side and noise of trucks backing up in morning was annoying. Disappointed that one elevator was down for several days.

A piece of paradise close to the city.
Relaxing business trip that turned into an extended stay due to the comfort and beauty of the hotel. Service was above and beyond. Would highly recommend for a peaceful get-away that is very close to the city.

AMAZING STAY!
I travel a lot for business and since Covid I’ve experienced nothing but higher prices for hotels and much less service. This was absolutely not the case for The Westin at Bear Mountain. From the Bellman to the front desk staff and all the restaurant staff my stay was incredible!!! I arrived several hours early and they were so accommodating to get me right up to my room which was upgraded to a beautiful suite! It was clean and well stocked. I ate all my meals in their restaurant which was delicious and all of the staff were phenomenal! I will most definitely be back as this is how a hotel should be run as customer service was clearly a priority here and the nightly pricing was definitely fair and not overpriced!
