2ngts in a one bedroom suite. Incredibly spacious. Large sofa bed in lounge area and fully equipped kitchen. Access to facilities at the Westin next door. Trails on tbe doorstep. Very nice stay

Whenever I go to Victoria I usually stay at this property even though its a 20 minute drive to Victoria. My only wish is that I had access to the community center (Gym, Pool and facilities) next door. But because its a community center for the wealthy residents in the area they probably don't want hotel people taking up space. Not a hotel issue at all.

Check in was difficult as they put us in a dark room off the lobby, when we had booked a “valley view” . Desk person said they were full, and they were clearly not. Had to stand around and wait until he deigned to move us into what we had booked. No robes in the room. Employee didn’t know where ice machine was. No fruit or muffins available in the morning.

Wonderful room. Really comfortable bed. We had our family dog with us so really appreciated our Own little patio right outside ground floor room. Only negatives was black mould around the bottom of the shower and for such a high end inn, no food.

Beautiful setting. Close to golf. Comfortable room. Limited restaurants, only 2 nearby. Nice coffee and muffin in lobby in the morning. Description of “full kitchen” a bit embellished. Mis-matched silverware, ok knives, one soup ladle and one Teflon serving spoon, no measuring cups or measuring spoons, no pitcher, 4 small glasses, 2 coffee cups and 2 wine glasses. Not sure how you would cook or entertain with that.

Rooms are good size and clean. Luv the small patio we got. Staff very helpful and friendly. The sorroundings are beautiful. It is worth to go to Westin restaurant for a great view.

The room was exceptional. The area is nice as well. Only cons was my shower didn’t work properly or drain and the air conditioning condense set exhaust right in your face if you were on your balcony.
