Hotel Rialoto is our go-to place whenever we visit Victoria. The property is conveniently located next to Chinatown and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants on Government and Douglas streets. The staff and services were top-notch. We would definitely return and highly recommend anyone else looking for a place to stay in downtown Victoria.

Room was clean and comfortable. Only one robe in room wth a hole in the back..we did not request a second or a replacement. Parking is across the street kitty corner to hotel. Had a little trouble finding it. Restaurant and lounge very good. We appreciated the Vegan options. Staff excellent both at front desk and in lounge/restaurant.

What a jewel for travelers that like a smaller and more intimate stay. The dining options were fantastic. However, it was within walking of distance of so many things. A bus to use for transportation is close; the harbor, charming shops, restaurants and cultural spots are in abundance.
