When bookikg I was told there would be gluten free options for breakfast. There was oly gluten free bread but I had to ask someone for it but nobody was there to ask. The staff at the front counter was unapproachable and didn't seem to want to help me. There was no plug in for my phone to charge and sit on the nightstand at the same time. The room was stuffy and hot and the air conditioner was loud and the exhaust duct kept falling out of the wall.
