Lovely hotel very comfortable and easy access. Only downside is check in is 3pm which is quite late considering you are expected to check out early by 11am compared to most hotel check in between 2pm and checkout is at 12pm

Room ok but don't eat there.
The Triumph bar/restaurant at night was terrible. You have to go to the cashier, order and pay up front. Even so my order got lost and I had to wait for an hour before getting served. The pasta was soggy and had no taste. Hotel could do with some new carpets also.

The thing we wanted to do which was use the leisure facilities we could not and no compassion all we was told should have booked before hand but did not get that email till 3pm on the day of check in.

Lovely place ,nice food and lovely rooms. Only thing we couldn't do was go in Pool both days as was booked up and that was main reason booking this hotel but besides that lovely place with lovely staff.

Bedroom was clean, breakfast was not amazing but ok for a 4 star hotel… Easy to park. The pool was clean, the staff working on the 9th march was amazing. Why one star? Well if you forget an item in the hotel, doesn’t matter how expensive it is, no one will move a fingir to help to try to find it… I has to drive back for hours, to find the item kept in their laundry cupboard… in two hours between my call and arriving at the premises, no one was able to look for the item… lack of care, awful customer care, etc… won’t be back for sure…

Good sized room. Clean. Waited a long time for service at bar, needed to complain but was sorted once acknowledged. Pool was closed on second day due to a fault but otherwise nice stay.

I haven’t stayed here for years but was impressed by the standard of the hotel and the rooms. Unfortunately I don’t get time to use the gym or spa. Breakfast was great with loads of choice

Didn't manage to check in until 2 hours later. Was late for swimming. Was promised a call from the manager, that didn't happen. Spoke with the manager - offered a refund or a free meal. Was very accommodating however the refund was appropriate as it didn't just affect me, it affected my friends stay also
