Staff friendly, helpful and professional. Bed was super comfortable tho low so maybe an issue for some. Loved the fireplace. A table lamp on the desk would have been handy. New bathroom with Walk in shower. In room coffee was delicious . Great hotel, great price .we would go there again.

the overall concept of the hotel is excellent. the size and layout of the room is very nice. The Adara is small enough to be nice without being small like a motel. the staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. However, the rooms, facilities, and just in general, its not really clean. Also there are many items that need to be maintained/renovated/replaced. An example of the cleanliness issues is part of the shower control handle was clean, but part of it was actually quite filthy, sticky to the touch! An example of the maintenance/renovation issue is that there are many panels/doors/mouldings that are flaking or coming apart and the "fix" was to just hit them with some white spray paint. These are just examples, there are a few more of each category. Also the parking garage was really disgusting. It was like parking in a downtown back alley inside. And, before you just throw this out as a "nasty" person, this is far from the intent of the review. I like staying there, and the place is so close to being really great. Maybe no one is saying anything?

The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent, right in the Whistler Village so that all the shops, restaurants and the gondola and chair lifts up the mountain are within walking distance.

Adara was very conveniently located in the village. The rooms are pretty basic but a decent size with the loft. Hot tub was closed when we stayed which was disappointing to find out only as we were about to use it. They offered use of neighbouring hotel hot tub but it was way too crowded. Staff were friendly.

Location was excellent. Close to all shopping and activities. Limited parking, no EV charging station. Room was clean. Renovations finishes showed lack of pride in workmanship. Shower was clogged, only front desk associate was available to snake the drain. Staff was professional and did what they could to help.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Adara. It is nearby a nightclub, and right on top of Buffalo Bills, but our room was quite soundproof and we didn’t hear a thing. Unfortunately, the hot tub was broken when we were there, so that was a bit disappointing, but the hotel did arrange for guests to go to a different property to enjoy a hot tub if that’s what they wanted to do. The staff were very friendly. Even though the room does show some wear and tear and age, it had everything we needed - the loft space was great for separation. I found the bed very comfortable, and I had great sleeps every night. It had a beautiful view from the rooftop patio - mountains everywhere. I will be back!
