Overall I would say that the hotel was ok there was one employee who was served us around 10:00 pm (young male). We appreciate him (unfortunately I didn’t get his name). The couch as well as the carpet had stains. There was also a smell in the room.

The room was stinky, when asked if the had deoderizer or cleaning spray they said they didn’t have any, the heater front panel was broken off, there was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom, patch work on walls to hide damage

Some things like the cupboards and counter tops are old, but certainly usable and clean. The carpet could do with replacing soon. But all in all certainly had great service from the staff and desk. I wood stay again.

The staff were frantic and stressed at check in. The pool was dirty and hot tub was filthy Location in the village was great. Loft room was nice and the pull out couch was two single beds. More seating on the deck would be nice. One plastic deck chair isn’t enough.

Great location but disappointing.
The hotel is very conveniently located and appears well maintained from the outside. The lobby is small and the only elevator is small and slow. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, are dated and need upgrading. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean.
