My Son 3rd birthday would be really something we will remember, we had a great time staying at this hotel, the stuff are so polite and very helpful. We had a surprised birthday cake in the room. The breakfast is wide with so many varieties of food. The bar and pool was also great and good atmosphere, it a really nice to bring family.

I had a great stay at Rotana Al Bandar. The hotel staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. On my daughter's birthday, after a long day out, we came back to the hotel and found a beautiful birthday cake in the room from the hotel.That means a lot to us. The hotel is super clean, and the location was very convenient. No complaint.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at! I have come to Dubai often and stayed at a range of hotels but none have really impressed me like this one. It has great service, is clean and also has amazing rooftop views. The pool with the view is breathtaking and the staff are all so welcoming. Recommend everytime!

Al Bandar Rotana is a nice hotel with great staff. The breakfast options were plentiful. Definitely would stay at this hotel again.

the property is moderne and the service was excellent. it’s about 25 mins driving from city centre and 30 walks or 10 mins drive from the gold and spice market. it’s easy to get a taxi from hotel, but the taxis tend to drive you around before taking u to your destination in order to add more to the mileage to make the fare more.

Hotel was excellent, staff workers were very pleasant. Buffet breakfast was great and rooftop pool had an amazing view. Overall great stay would come back again 😊

The property is very well maintained and almost all employees are very helpful (though I would argue some employees are more helpful and friendly than others). It is clear that that the hotel is intent on making sure guests have a pleasant experience during their stay. The bathroom showers are designed in a a way that may not be the best for shorter people or people with back problems. I believe the hotel should work to include bathrooms with shorter showers. Also it would've been nice if the hotel included a continental breakfast option.

Great hotel near old Dubai town - just across the channel. There is a cheap ferry for 2 AED. Not sure if this is the standard but we got an apartment with our booking. It was big with a lot of space. 2 toilets and a lot of storage. The airport is just few km away so it is convienient when you need to fly early. Great restaurant on 18th floor with beautiful views over Dubai skyline. Happy our drinks available for good price. There is a small pool on 13 floor but we didnt use it. Looked nice. The area is a mix of old and newer Dubai but still good and much cheaper than downtown or marina.
