The door lock lefta gap where light could enter the room. No coffee maker in the room. The "breakfast" consisted of one type of sweet bread, a very small yogurt, some oranges, coffee and milk. This is a "I have no other choice place to stay."

Very short walk to downtown San Diego. Mirrors were dirty. Nothing special about this hotel but it does the job. Staff was friendly. Stayed one night with friends.

We went into our room and is was not clean. The 2nd room there was mold in the wallpaper I have pictures, the tub was dirty, there were flying bugs in the room. It was disgusting! It is not a Hotel it is a MOTEL 1 The only good thing was location to our concert at Waterfront partk and Gas lamp.

Not a bad place, but didnt know it was on top of a hill. Almost anywhere you walk, steep incline going back. Had ants in the bathroom, notified hotel and nothing happened, still had ants.

The room was horrible it smell like cigarettes which they give you $250 fine if it’s a non smoking room a condoms used outside the door. The hotel upgraded had A industrial fan because they had just shampooed the floor and the hotel thought that was an upgrade.

It’s a drive in motel. Shocked Wyndham would have a property like this. Everything outdated (shower, furniture,), bed and pillows uncomfortable, etc. We also arrived from our flight at 1am - the attendant unlocked check in area after a few minutes (not a great part of town) and put us in a room adjacent to the breakfast room that opens at 6:30am and becomes very loud. Do not recommend this place to anyone, it should be $50 a night not typically $200 . Plenty of much nicer options in San Diego at a similar price point.

Me and my parents came to San Diego for a weekend trip to celebrate my birthday together. Great location for the price , everything was just a few blocks away. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable!

Unlocked room, maintenance unavailable, etc.
I came for a business trip and did not have a pleasant time. The room did not lock from the outside and was notified - they asked if we wanted a refund to relocate to a different hotel as maintenance wasn't available nor was another room available. How does it make sense for me to find another room at night last minute? We left our belongings at the front desk to be safe while we had our dinner and when we came back, they asked if we wanted a discount for the stay since we'd be staying in a unlockable room. Note that it did lock from the inside but since we were on a business trip, we had to be in and out of the hotel, with all our computer and other belongings left alone unattended in an unlocked room. Their overall attitude did not help the situation either, they didn't seem willing to really help the situation. We were very disappointed with our stay to say the least.

We stayed here for two nights while going to the San Diego zoo overall it was a great stay and very convenient for us . Parking was annoying $19 a day but probably the cheapest , also ALOT of homeless near the area but that’s expected in downtown SD
