We like the location and the conditions of the hotel, very nice. But, it was very dissapointing to only have VALET parking and not self parking, specially at a $55 rate.

Parking was an outgrageos $55 a night. I also booked a room with a view of the bay for my anyversary and got room 335, and there was a huge column obstructing any possible view and behind that huge column you could see a useless area that looked like an alley with a big duct. That room shouldn't even have a window and shouldnt be sold as a room with a view of the bay. The AC was loud. One of the doors on the counter had a broken hinge and the ironing board came of the wall when I was organizing my clothes. The bathroom door and closet door are the same rolling door. You eather close the bathroom or close the closet.

Not worth the price
Nice location but just about it. Management does not seem to have a clue. 5-6 people in the valet area but only 2 doing checking in. No luggage assistance. So all they do is take your car and a client has to take their luggage off their cars and wait a long line to check in to learn that at 4:30pm the room is not ready. Valet parking only service, super expensive and hotel prices are for a 4 start hotel but the place is no more than barely 3 stars. Expected a lot more for a Hilton and for such high prices.

When we reached there around 4:00pm, our wasn’t ready. They called housekeeping couple of times. Then, they assigned a random room. I booked a different room. Messaged them, but didn’t get any response. Poor service!!! Will not return to this hotel and aware my family and friends too!! 1 star!!

This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel where your phone goes into "SOS" mode. There are no incoming or outgoing calls because AT&T has no cell reception. We were on the second floor. I would never stay at this hotel again for security reasons.
