The hotel requires full renovation. Key lock doesn’t work, rugs are dirty, staff unhelpful. They will never return unless a dramatic change and improvement happens

The TV did not work had a three day stay left the next day it was that bad no television like it boost all premium channels HBO etc.the shower was hot cold not turn cold water on at all was so bad worst hotel I ever been at put a complaint in they said they cold not fix either so basically no help reached out to the reps from Howard johnsonand the reply was were so sorry thats it

They took care of me when I'd forgotten to book my last night's stay. Door kept sticking, like it wasn't unlocked. Bedside reading lamp was out on R side, which i forgot to tell until last day. Ok, cheaper place at an old Howard Johnsons. Close to the airport and many attractions. Unfortunately, when I was checking in on 10/10, another guest was asking to move rooms because it sounded like her daughter was being bitten by bedbugs. She sd the picture i showed her looked like the same bugs. I tried to ck my room carefully--hope i didnt bring any home.

I stayed in room 240 and it had bed bugs. My leg has so much bites on it that I look like I have chicken pox. I brought this up to Lucia who was the best part of the stay. She’s wonderful. She moved me to 117 which was very clean

Seeing the reviews, i was a bit nervous but id consider this a 3 star. Rooms were clean, staff friendly, free parking just a bit outdated. Continental breakfast was pretty standard, nothing fancy but puts something in your belly
