Margaritaville looked great on the Expedia web site, but when you arrive, be prepared for daily parking and resort fees that add on to your total expenses. Expedia keeps saying I book and Stayed with VIP services. I received nothing beyond a room and added daily fees. The hotel is very beautiful and in a great location, there is plenty to explore and do around the Gaslamp Quater. Checking the Margaritaville website there are plenty of added benefits, but only when you book directly.

We really liked Margaritaville Hotel … great location, one block from Padres’ Petco Park, awesome atmosphere in and around the property, especially on game day … one drawback, need more food options at pool but the hamburger was really good and the reasonable drink prices at the pool made it very enjoyable … looking forward to going back …
