Motel 6 is a nice place to stay. The only downside is that the amount noise coming from outside is loud and I understand that, but what I don’t understand is why aren’t the doors sealed shut to avoid the noice? Another downside to this Motel 6 is that they have a pool with not life guards in sight. When I was swimming at the deep part of the swimming pool, I got a leg cramp and that’s caused me to start drowning, panicking and screaming, but no one heard me or saw me. Luckily, my feet started touching the ground and I was able to jump out of the pool safely. There needs to be a life guard in the pool area while it’s still open. That is really unacceptable!

First view of the hotel it wasn't kept up like the internet pictures. The room had 2 doors & 1 door had a gap all across the bottom of approximately 1 inch. the floor wasn't clean the toilet wasn't cleaned, the shower had mold on the ceiling, between the door & shower there was mold on the wall. There was no service each day to the room, i had to ask for fresh towels & wash cloths, & people @ the desk wasn't friendly. check in, we had to go back outside & wait while the woman did something, several minutes too.

This is what I expected and wanted from a Motel 6 simple, cheap, close to the airport and crossed my fingers it would not be too dirty … but to my surprise the room was fully renovated, super clean, had a fantastic AC unit and a great bathroom. All in all, if this is the new direction Motel 6 is going into, I will definitely be looking there way whenever I travel and are looking for accommodations in the future.

With its proximity to the airport & rail line it is very difficult to get a good nights sleep at this location. There were also a few sketchy characters around. The car park though is very well lit & there are swathe of security cameras

Got to the hotel at 4:30 pm and our room was not ready. The room we got appeared clean, but the vinyl floor was filthy with dried dirt/dust. It obviously had not been mopped. The vending machine for water wasn’t working properly. Homeless people sleeping outside a block away. Good news is you are close to some attractions, bad news is flight path for airport take off and landing is directly overhead at all hours. So you might need a white noise/fan machine to sleep.

Economical, with basic but adequate facilities. Generally clean but definitely a no-frills selection. Hotel is directly under the flight path of the neighboring airport. The rooms sound-proof to a reasonable extend although you can still hear the sounds of a passing plane. It is very walkable to the nearby Little Italy district that offer plentiful dinning choices, and also walkable distance to the Waterfront area that is rich with tourist attractions.

Feet turned black walking around on the floors in the hotel room, bed was hard as a rock and falling apart (screws sticking 2 inches out of the sides by your feet and bed lifted away from base when only one person laid down). Our room was next to maintenance and all night long we heard banging on machines and people yelling. Front desk was rude when we asked questions like for an iron (that they only have one of) and an ironing board(that they don’t have and told us to use the bed). When I went to check out and give them back the key there was black smoke rolling from behind the building and the lady acted like I was annoying her by telling her that a fire was close to her business.

The only good thing was the affordability. The room had ine soap. That's it. The reservation was for two people but provided towels for one. No house keeping! They told me when i checked out that i had to call to get house keeping to clean the room! Ugh

For a Motel 6 near a major airport, it wasn't bad. The hotel is old and a run down. But the room was clean and comfortable, could have used a microwave in the room. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful.
