Like: room size is just nice for the 2 of us, better than APA Nishiazabu. Check-out process was easy & quick. Fresh towels given daily. Bathroom/Toilet system's modern & comprehensive. Microwave on 1F was convenient. Don't like: not many restaurants around hotel

Perfect stay in Tokyo!
This hotel was amazing. Extremely clean, up to date and modern. Check in was extremely easy, all done on machines but staff there to help as well. The rooms were lovely, clean, modern, large window, large TV with lots of options of TV, movies etc to watch. Big mirrors in the room and clean bathroom. Information in the room about things to do and takeaways. Close to subway stations and quiet hotel. The staff were extremely helpful as well and helped us when we had been waiting for a takeaway that had never showed up! They phoned around and communicated with us also. There were laundry facilities, ice machine, microwave etc was good although they could do with more than 6 machines between 6 buildings as there was always an extremely long queue to use them.

This was a clean hotel, I was disappointed with the cleaning staff because after they entered the room there was a distinctive body odour from the staff. They did clean the room.

A little bit of a walk from the Roppongi metro station. But close enough to work out how much time to give to get to other metro stations for tours. Roppongi is on the Oedo line So its connected to Shinjuku etc. The walk to the hotel after leaving the station is quiet apart from the main road. There are 3 convenience stores on the other side of the road. For one of my tours i used the Roppongi-itchome station which is closer using a footbridge that crosses the main road just outside the hotel. it eventually contnects to the Ginza line and Shimbasi which connects which the JR line which i used for my Trip to see the Great buddha of Kamakara(Kamakara station). The hotel was good for me and to get to my tours. The hotel staff were very friendly. House keeping is done on a 3 day basis but new towels are left outside your hotel room daily. I did pay for breakfast but it was very nice. there is a costa coffee machine in reception and a self service shop the other side of reception

It’s small but efficient. Sufficent outlets for all our devices. I love lighting, and Apa Hotels (I was in 2 different locations) had great lighting. It’s bright. I like that. Set of new towels are on the door every morning. Love that! AC is great too.

Very good hotel for a cheap stay and it does the job. The one elevator per building is very inconvenient and it takes a long time sometimes to get up and down to your room (no staircase). Factor waiting 3-5 minutes for the lift each time into your expectations. Also the hotel needs to improve cleanliness in the hotel rooms not immediately visible to the eye (eg air con and ventilation filters, back of the TV, underneath Bed and behind the headboard of the bed). I would expect a higher level of cleanliness in a Japanese hotel.
