We chose this property due to location near a major station, Shinjuku station, which makes it easy to explore Tokyo. It’s a few blocks walk from the station though, which may be inconvenient for some people. The positive of that walk is that it’s on a Main Street that’s fairly quiet and faces on to a park. The bakery downstairs serves very reasonable priced food with lots of good options for breakfast. The other restaurants seemed very popular but we did not try them. The rooms are functional but small as expected. Check in and out process is automated on machines but did not work for us so it had to be done manually, a bit frustrating. Shinjuku itself has lots of good food and shopping but there are some seedy parts best avoided by families.

Wonderful stay! Hotel is situated in Shinjuku near a beautiful park. It is a little far from Shinjuku station, but there is a smaller station and buses near by. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at The Knot! There’s a family mart that’s less than a minute walk and other options to eat from within a 10-20min walk. Theres also a nice park you can walk through literally in front of the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Only con is the laundry machines need to be updated but that’s not much of an issue. Definitely recommend as their staff can speak English and is super helpful/reliable.

Was such an amazing hidden gem. Had a restaurant/cafe for your convenience. Nearby walking distance to a park and multiple food spots like Starbucks, Denny’s, 7Eleven and Family Mart. Staff is so accommodating. We’re returning again next week before the end of our trip and are excited to return!

Very polite staff. Hotel seams a little under equiped for number of guests. Example 1 barista for walk up coffee, dinning customers and taking payment for dinners at same time. No ice buckets but there is ice machines. Overall staff is amazingly polite and tries to accommodate. The bar grill is very good but if you are not young, stylish, or appear like $ you get ignored a little .

The property was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet. The hotel offered a restaurant, grill, bakery and bar, which was very good. The property is also close to the subway and bus stop. Would recommend this girl to anyone visiting Japan.

Horrible experience. There will be extra charges the minute you check in. Crowded and noisy, this hotel tends to backpackers looking for fun. Probably the worst customer service in Japan, employees are rude and pretentious and completely unavailable. Even if you contact them over the phone or through Expedia they will just ignore you. There are better hotels in the are so I recommend avoiding at all cost.

Good Stay at The Knot Hotel The Knot Hotel itself is pretty good—clean, comfortable, and with a stylish atmosphere. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the Shinjuku shopping center, so if you want to be right in the middle of the action, you’ll need to walk a bit. However, if you don’t mind walking, this is a great hotel to stay at. Overall, a solid choice for anyone who values comfort and doesn't mind being a little farther from the main shopping areas.

very nice hotel with super friendly staff, it was a small walk to Shinjuku main area but that meant it was nice and quiet, rooms were small but super clean and comfortable.

Great hotel in an excellent location and close to many locations. Couple of metro stations under 10 min walk. We travelled to and from this hotel via subways with no issues. Breakfast is exceptionally good and of great quality too. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

I had a fantastic stay at Knot Tōkyō. The hotel has a trendy atmosphere, and the restaurant and bar were excellent—especially the Wagyu beef. It’s also in a great location, close to Yoyogi Park. The room was a bit small, but that’s common in Tokyo. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the city.
