Excellent comfortable and quiet hotel right in the heart of Shibuya. Walking distance to many attractions and super close to catch trains. There’s a Starbucks right next to hotel which is open really early for coffee and breakfast. Rooms are spacious at 30m2 for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Excellent all around!
Being in the heart of Shibuya, the hotel was very well maintained and service was excellent. The room was well equipped and had a great view of shibuya scramble crossing from the 21st floor. Easy access to shibuya station, shops and restaurants located below the hotel. Did not have any issues with noise at all. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel lobby also has a money exchange machine. The rates were comparable to others in the area. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

The staff was excellent and very friendly location very convenient. The room was close to elevators & great views of crossing. However the room was small, one pillowcase was stained I reported that. The phone was not clean and there was fingerprints on the big window w the view. Bed was hard. Overall room was quiet on 16th floor. Location location is why you get this room close to shopping and train.

Excellent Location and Great Service
I recently stayed at a hotel near Shibuya Station, and it was an excellent choice for anyone looking to explore Tokyo. The location was fantastic—just a short walk from Shibuya Station, making it incredibly convenient for accessing public transport and iconic sights like Shibuya Crossing. The area is surrounded by countless food outlets, offering everything from casual local eateries to more upscale dining options. Whether you’re in the mood for ramen, sushi, or even international cuisine, there’s something for everyone within walking distance. The service at the hotel was equally commendable. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. My room was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a hotel in Tokyo that combines a prime location with great service, this is an excellent option. I’d happily stay here again on my next trip!
