Location was fantastic. The only problem was that the room with two large twins is advertised as “sleeps 4” when in actuality the hotel says it’s only a room for 2. We had to upgrade upon arrival to a room that specifically sleeps 3 with 3 large twins. Fortunately they had such a room available. Be careful when making your reservations!!

Nice area right by the Shibuya Crossing. Very close to a metro / railway station allowing for quick travel around Tokyo. Lots of tourist attractions, shops, dining options within walking distance as well. Rooms are clean. Staff were very pleasant and spoke some English. Check in and Check out was very easy.

My teen son wanted to experience the neon vibe of modern Tokyo and this was awesome. We had a corner room with an amazing view. He just camped out at the window and we had a blast. Very convenient to trains and everything else.

Situated right over the Shibuya Scramble Crossing, this was a great location to end our trip. Hotel service and amenities were of a high quality. Not quiet (if that's what you prefer) as there was often street noise but that is to be expected being right in the heart of Shibuya. Noise also seemed to travel very easily from outside and upstairs guests. Overall, the location is the selling point and we loved our experience.

Location was perfect. In ther middle of all the action. Only complaint was the complication of how to get their from the train station. It is directly accross the street, but extremely confusing. Not the hotel's fault, just a heads up.

I think the hotel was a little older as room was small but adequate for just me and the three nights I was there. But what was amazing for me was the location of the hotel. I was on the 9th floor and where the elevators were there was a perfect view of Shibuya Scramble Crossing. I’m sure if your room is closer to the elevators you could see it from there. The location was close to all the shopping areas and everything was well within walking distance while still a close enough Uber or Taxi to Rippongi etc. Staff was very welcoming and helpful and were able to hold my reservation when my flight was delayed. I absolutely would stay in this hotel again when I visit in the future.
