Great place to stay!! The only downside was an overnight front desk attendant who misinterpreted a parking ticket which ended up costing me more than double the fine at the rental car company.

This is our second time staying with them. It’s not only beautiful hotel itself, the service is speechless. Outstanding, fantastic. I can’t find a word to use. For example, After we walked from Shinagawa station, after a 10hours flight, sweaty and probably not smelling the best, they gave us scented cloths to cool down. It was a life saver. The room was on the smaller side but clean. One thing, it’s generally speaking, the walls and floors are thin. So you will hear everything. But usually it stops 10 or 11pm. However sometimes if you are unlucky people might stay up until 3-4am like the people above us. With all of my family having jet lag and our daughter being sick, it was a bit tough. So we talked about it with the receptionist and they accommodated us right away with no hesitations. This is Japan. We were so relieved and had a great sleep. We couldn’t appreciated more. This is just one of the many positive things to happen to us. Overall, they are the BEST! Highly highly recommend!! We will be staying with them every time when we come back for the visit.

Beutiful hotel but…
Beautiful hotel but with some black points. Garden and common spaces are impresive and like from a postcard, exquisite cleaniness and staff very friendly but: - in the webpage pool is advertised but hotel charge to use it (37€!) - rooms a litle small for a 4* hotel - no common spaces to socialize. Excep this, a very nice hotel perfectly well located close to one of the major Tokyo stations.

The property recently got a 7/11 in house, so it was really easy to grab a drink to go or a late night snack. The walk to the station is about 12-14 minutes and slightly uphill, but nothing strenuous. It is part of the Prince hotel group, so if you've stayed with them before, you know they are quality service!
