This was an amazing hotel. About 5 minute walk to subway. 1 minute walk to Starbucks and family mart. Literally great hotel. The buffet downstairs was fantastic.

The staff were amazing. Really friendly and accommodating. We were a party of 5 with a lot of luggages and they helped us with our taxi to get to our next destination. Tried to stay an extra day but they were completely booked. Their restaurant was really tasty. Perfect mix of options for everyone to eat. I cannot say enough of how welcoming the front desk and bellmen were. I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely use them again.

The staff and location of this hotel is close to everything. Near lots of restaurants and public transportation. I would stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo. Thank you to the wonderful staff at the hotel.

The rooms are spacious. The dally room cleaning is wonderful. Breakfast is amazing and they open at 6:30, which is nice when your body is on a much different time zone. The garden plaza has many restaurants and the courtyard is beautiful. I will come back.

I would have given this place 5 stars if it wasn't for 2 things. 1) The housekeeping wasn't done with our room until 5 or 5:30 pm each day. . Considering we leave the room at 5 am and return at around 3 pm, there were many days of not getting our room turned over and sky high trash. 2) We had checked out on our last day, leaving our luggage with the hotel. We came back and wanted to eat a quick sandwich in the lobby. Keep in mind we had spent 2 weeks at this hotel, giving them a couple thousand USA dollars. We were told to not eat in the lobby but wasn't offered an alternative area. We told the man (I think a manager - worked Friday Oct. 18th 2024 at around 1 pm), that we had just spent 2 weeks there. Again, he didn't say that we could eat in another area, which is what I’d expect after giving them $2,000 , 2 hours before! We felt like he talked to us and treated us like we were just a couple homeless vagrants! After enjoying our stay for 2 weeks, this left a very bad taste in our mouths and we'll likely never stay there again because of this treatment. There are so many nice hotels nearby. When we got a taxi, the staff was helpful and charming. Shame on the day manager!!!

In a slightly quieter area of Tokyo but within walking distance of several subway stations. Some restaurants and kombinis are also nearby. The hotel was nice and quiet and the room was comfortable but a little tight with 2 suitcases and no space to put them.

My stay at Hotel Metropolitan Edmont was exceptional! As a first time solo traveler, I was anxious about my stay here, but the staff were SO accommodating and helpful even with a significant language barrier. The Hotel was clean and it was so nice to come back to something like home after sightseeing in the city all day. I will absolutely return and recommend to others staying in the Tokyo region.

Quiet location within walking distance of rail stations. Friendly staff. Good buffet breakfast. Note: contrary to how it is listed, the “Standard room” is DEFINITELY too small for two people (barely enough space for one!). We raised the issue with staff and they were very were very accommodating to move us into a larger room which happened to be available.

The location is very convenient, just around the corner from one of the main subway lines, and an extra 5 mins gives you access to the JR line; Little Paris is another 5 mins further down the same road - it’s one of the local area packed with restaurants and bars. Across the street from the hotel is FamilyMart, great for mid-night snacks and drinks - it has a quite extensive liquor selection. It’s one of the major local hotels (not just for tourists) from our own observation as often we saw many corporate or family functions held downstairs, attended by locals. The staff is very friendly and attentive - English is not a problem for most of our communications. The hotel is under some internal renovation, so occasionally you’d hear some drilling noise - we were clearly notified at the check in and since we are mostly out sightseeing, it didn’t bother us except for just a couple of incidents. We smelled cigarette smoke when we passed the hallway down to our room for the first time - mentioned to the front desk, and it was quickly investigated and rectified, for which we received a free upgrade to a room at the upper level. At checkout, there was also a note again apologizing for the inconvenience. Overall a pleasant experience that exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend the hotel to others.
