We loved the service! The room was super clean and well stocked. Bed and bathroom were comfortable. Loved the laundry facilities and how you could monitor them from the room. The breakfast buffet was incredible with lots of selections. As vegetarians we didnt have as many choices but never walked away hungry. Its a 5 minute walk from the Iidabashi and Suidibashi train stops. Easy to get to Shinjuku and Shibuya. Lots of restaurants nearby. Getting to Narita is expensive via private transfer so if you can take the public system do that instead.

Hotel staff were lovely, Place was kept clean and the staff tidy you room daily They have a kettle and black tea (bonus points for a Brit) Room was spacious considering how hotels are in Tokyo I only have 2 complains: The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but I only ate there once They really need at least some dumbells for the gym. I was disappointed when i used their gym and it was just treadmills. Better than not having a gym at all but some weights are like one of the bare minimum things.

I am extremely pleased with this hotel. Check-in was fast and easy, the staff is extremely kind. Rooms are impecable and very spacious. Breakfast had an American section which was great for us. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Location was close to the Tokyo Dome and Idabashi station walking distance. There is a 7/11 and a Mart right there too! This is our preferred hotel next time we are in Tokyo.
