You’re basically staying above the Akihabara JR station. The trains aren’t loud at all, but you can hear the ambulance go by quite regularly. There’s a police station less than a block away, so it’s very safe, and plenty of things to do within a 10 min. walk. The only drawback is that Akihabara is pretty much on the opposite end of the Yamanote Line from some of the other popular spots. Personally wouldn’t suggest getting the breakfast package, the restaurants around the hotel are cheaper and offer a more unique menu. Also, the elevators sometimes take forever… but aside from that, it’s a nice hotel. The rooms are larger than that of business hotels, but smaller than most western hotel rooms, but they’re super clean, and the staff is very friendly.

Staff was friendly and great during check-in process. The issue was with the quality and cleanliness of the hotel room. There was black mold building up in various areas in the bathroom, stains on the linen, and grime on the massage chair. The elevators were extremely slow and inefficient, as the front lobby was located on the 6th floor. If you got lucky and jumped into the right elevator, you may be able to go directly to the 1st floor, otherwise, you'll catch yourself switching elevators at the 6th floor. Overall, location was great, however, the room quality and cleanliness was a huge disappointment.

Great hotel for our first time in Tokyo! The hotel is located right at a metro station which was super convenient. Lots of shopping and food nearby. In the bustling anime/manga area. Rooms are small but that was to be expected. Would recommend.

The property was modern and convenient! Right outside a main station and your inside Anime District. Easy to access stores. Takeout options are available. Most restaurants are dine in. Pros - room is modern no plastic looking bathroom. Clean and has a massage chair very nice after a long flight and lots of walking. Wifi available! Clean facility. Has things like slippers, tooth brush etc Cons - room is very small barely room to open up suitcases. One microwave on first floor only.

We stayed here for 6 nights and for our first time in Tokyo, it was perfect. It was close to the train and all sorts of dining options and shopping. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was small by western standards but it worked. The room was functional and the massage chair was a much loved bonus! Would stay again.
