Although bed bugs can be found in hotels. I didn't expect to wake up at 3am to find that the skin irritation was due to bugs, and not to something i had eaten. Maybe house keeping should check for this before changing linen.

The hotel website when I booked stated “24/7 airport shuttle” but when I called last night for the shuttle after my plane landed at 1:25 am I was informed by the desk clerk that their shuttle was not working at that hour! And that this was a recent change although their hotel website still says 24/7 shuttle even as of today Nov2/24 (?). I was never informed of this change. I had to take an airport taxi at the flat rate cost of $28 to get to the hotel. I rated the “staff and service” at only 2* and overall hotel review at 2* because of this issue. Otherwise I would rate the staff and hotel much higher as staff were friendly and helpful and I appreciated having the White Spot restaurant attached to the hotel so very convenient. I’m not sure I will book again there becsuse if the shuttle issue.

This property says they offer free 24/7 airport shuttle which is why we booked this property. We had a late flight and it’s hard finding a hotel that operates a shuttle past 12am. When I called for the shuttle the guy said it was “broken.” Then after some pressure said someone would come get us. When we arrived at the hotel we were told there is no shuttle from 12-4am. This property does not offer what they say they do and the night staff are rude.
