Decent for short stays, but bed is not very comfortable and the amenities are laking. The key card system is also very finicky, there is a very specific way to insert and pull the card otherwise the card deactivates itself

Disappointed and staff not informative
Not so good. The key card doesn’t work, need to visit the front desk 5+ times to get a new key card. New card still hit and miss in getting into the room. Front desk wasn’t helpful or very informative about the event around the area. I ask them about the information regarding the sky train, they have no clue or recommendation. Staff should be more informative about the transit or question we are asking especially it’s was just 5 mins away from the hotel.

Quite cold, unable to heat the room up. Only a thin blanket in winter on the bed, heat was turned up quite and high and I spent night very cold. Very minimal lighting in room, there’s five lamps and even that’s still dim Not a lot of food options nearby for dinner

The rooms advertised on the Travelocity website are NOT what these rooms look like. They are outdated, dirty, and in a state of disrepair. Our first room assignment had pubic hair in the beds, dirty and stained carpet, mold around the edges of the shower and reeked of cigarette smoke in a supposed non-smoking room. Upon my request for a room change, the next room had clean carpet and beds, however the phone didn't work, the hair dryer was broken and there were at least 15-20 flies buzzing around! The next day we left to explore the city and came back late afternoon to discover no maid service had taken place. I had to go down to the front desk and request clean towels and extra garbage bags. I had to pile the dirty towels and garbage in the hallway, which sat there for over a day! This was a recurring problem! During our three-night stay, we never received maid service once not even after reporting this to the front desk multiple times! I would NOT recommend staying at this property!!

Older property … heater didn’t work, room was cold, heater looked like it was from 70’s. I booked a room with one bed but apparently that was a smoking room & was told if I wanted a room which wasn’t smelly it was $20 extra. On top of that was an extra $10.50 to park. All in all this room cost over $250 for the night there are way better hotels in the area in that price range.
