This is a very old and not well kept building. The halls smell of cigarette smoke and rooms are dingy and dark. The carpet was wrinkled and dirty. The bathroom was old and worn out. Not the most pleasant experience considering how much a night cost. Won’t stay there again or recommend to anyone

The hotel is dated. A/C is noisy. No airport shuttle service provided. Breakfast included was a joke. They had a bottle of water, juice box, blueberry muffin and granola bar. This hotel Used to provide hot coffee and tea and hot breakfast in a restaurant on the main floor.

One night stay.
Stayed here one night before an early morning flight. Hotel is old and run down, but generally clean. Front desk staff were very cheery and helpful with dinner recommendations since this hotel no longer has a restaurant on its property. The room was ok. Again quite old and in need of renovation but it was overall clean (don’t look too close in the corners). The bed we had was hard but we like a firm bed so for us it was ok. The best part for us was how sound proof the room was. We were direct under the flight path of landing planes and yet there was no sound when planes went over the hotel. Good place to stay if you need something close to the airport.

The night staff were very helpful. We checked in late and I had trouble with the door card. The desk agent came with me upstairs and helped me open the door. He helped my husband and I to get our bags in our room, great service at 1:30 in the morning.

This is a good-value place to stay near the Vancouver Airport. It’s not trying to be fancy, but our king bed room was so spacious,, with a sofa and large desk with leather chair. Nice bathroom. We walked to dinner at the near-by Happy Hong King Restauramt. In the morning, an inexpensive taxi ride to the airport. Petfect

We arrived early so we can get the room but the room was not ready at 3pm they made us wait for almost one hour after the check in time, plus the $200 deposit we still did not get it back although the staff told that we would get it right after check out. The room was in terrible condition. No air freshner to make the smoking room smell a bit dicent. I would not book with them anymore.
