My wife and I had a really pleasant stay at the Vancouver West Cozy Retreat. The kitchen and main bathroom were convenient when we needed to quickly drop in between excursions. The property was gorgeous and very inviting. We briefly visited with the owner’s cat who was very friendly and left a lasting impression prior to us checking out. We would come back in a heartbeat!

My hosts were lovely people. They left me very much to myself but were always willing to help when I had questions. The instructions for entry were very clear and straightforward and my room was excellent! It was well situated near the toilet and next to the stairs going down to the shower :)

It had everything I needed - great recommendations provided for where to eat, things to do and how to get around the area; clear instructions given by owner on how to come and go; felt very safe and comfortable throughout. Location easy to find and park at. Room was quite large, but...Room did not have curtains to block light at night. Room (5) was near the front door so any accesses to the building, at any time of the night, were quite loud and disruptive. No real orientation provided upon arrival.

Classy and cozy. I was in Vancouver for one night, this place is located in a quiet neighborhood and exceedly met my expectations. Only one thing l felt was missing in my room was a big mirror. Very clean and neat.
