We recently stayed at this hotel for the Taylor Swift concert in Vancouver. The hotel has a great coffee program in the lobby. Staff were available at the desk whenever we walked by. Everyone was attentive and very patient with the obvious influx of guests for the weekend. The room was just fine; nothing fancy, but the beds were comfy and the water was hot. We liked the location as it was close to the train system. Airport shuttle took us to the airport for a departure, which was very convenient. Parking was tight, but we were able to get in the limited covered spaces for the majority of our stay.

within my first 15 minutes of being in the hotel, I saw a cockroach coming across the floor in the restaurant entrance. however, it was nice to have a free shuttle to the airport.

Worst place I have ever stayed, staff was rude and they charged for our vehicle to park! Why should you have to pay for your vehicle if you are staying? Most ridiculous thing ever, like I am going to park somewhere else when I am staying at your hotel!! Obviously I would need my vehicle to stay where I am. What do you even pay for, it’s not underground no security and rats everywhere.

Stayed at the Best Western Plus Vancouver Airport Hotel for the Taylor Swift concert and had a great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were excellent for a good night’s rest. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was very outdated. Lobby is nice but the rooms need help. The plug ins weren't up to code and needed replacing badly. I had to prop my plugs up so they would stay connected to the power. Found a hair in my freshly made bed and there was some sort of pest trap under the chair in the corner. I didn't want to investigate further. Paid $415 for 1 night all in. Traveled for business but Taylor Swift was in town.

I liked how quiet this hotel was. The staff were friendly & the rooms were great. The biggest positive I had was that Best Western Plus Vancouver Airport Hotel was near YVR & it had free shuttle service. I didn’t have to spend money on an Uber to pick me up from the airport & going back.

Paid 20 dollars to include breakfast when booking a room on Expedia - turned out it was a voucher for ordering breakfast in the whitespot restaurant in the hotel. Totally different from a buffet style breakfast that I was expecting for.
