Great for easy access to Harrogate
Hotel lobby, bar and restaurant are lovely and the staff here are very nice. Reception when we arrived was ok not great. Room was nice but had a strange smell, not enough for us to complain, but it was noticeable when you entered the room. Hotel is in a great part of Harrogate and lovely to be able to walk everywhere

We arrived after parking in hotels underground car park £12 pday for hotel guests; we were 30 mins before check-in & they wanted to charge for this, so we waited in the bar until 3pm. We had a superior room which meant large room & superking bed. We had a big TV with Sky, towel robes & good tea/coffee comp water & kitkats! The hotel was just a short walk from lots of restaurants. Suggest booking at w/end.

Nice over night stay in Harrogate at this hotel being met by friendly reception staff. The hotel rooms were well spec’d and clean, tidy and spacious. The prices at the hotel bar were rather high but its location was close to a number of bars and restaurants. Within easy walking distance of the rail station.

Scaffolding around entrance was unattractive, and at no point during my 4 day stay, was any work done. Every time I went to the breakfast buffet, something had run out, and I had to wait. Over 3 breakfasts I estimate I waited 10 times for items. Also waited 40 mins for a vegetarian eggs benedict Therefore each breakfast took twice as long as it needed too.

hotel was fine, centrally located in Harrogate , what let it down was the bar service and breakfast where staff clearly didnt have a clue what was going on, drinks were expensive and the breakfast was well below average.
