When you check in with a car, there is no place for you to park the rental to go to the lobby. Are you supposed to go to the parking lot, find a stall and then walk back to the lobby to check in. The sequence is a little confusing. The driver who drives the shuttle needs some customer service training. The last time we stayed and needed a shuttle to the airport he wanted everyone to wait 15 minutes while he played with his phone and there were 7 people waiting for a shuttle. We called an uber driver who was there in 5 minutes.

The staff was friendly, excellent customer service, from the front desk to the bartenders, I felt the aloha spirit. The rooms were spacious, clean, I love that they have a microwave, fridge and freezer. I wish we were able to connect our Netflix on the tv, other than that, I would definitely recommend and go back.

I really like the place first because it is very close to the airport. Second, they have shuttle transportation in every hour or 3hours? And when ever you need them take you to airport.

Outrageous Parking fee for not a luxury hotel.
Was dissapointed with the newly added $40 parking charge especially for Kama'aina...I would have stayed closer to the beach at the cost of the room + parking.

This property gets you with added costs like FORTY DOLLARS A NIGHT TO PARK. I waited in line for 20 minutes to check-in. My husband got so tired of waiting that he returned our rental call and WALKED back to the hotel to avoid the fee. The room smells bad.

I had red itchy bumps all over my legs the next morning. There was poop when you lift the toilet seat up and someone else’s hair all over the shower walls. The pillows were extremely thin, the mattress felt like laying on springs and the floor got my socks dirty within five minutes of walking on it. No complimentary anything, they did not even have conditioner in the shower.

Arrived very late after a delayed flight... Check-in was slow as there were others arriving with families who needed additional assistance with late- checkout, etc... Finally got to my room with my luggage and there was a lot of long, black, curly hairs all over the bathroom! I took six pictures of the different hairs since it was draped in places all over the toilet tank, lid and seat as well as the sink and floor. It was pretty disgusting so I refrained from using the shower. The beds are older and not as comfortable as would be expected at this price point. The carpets are extremely old and tattered- my brand new suitcase wheels kept catching on loose carpeting in the hallway. The room served its purpose for a place to freshen up and relax before heading back to the airport and I might mention, the best thing about my stay were the two shuttle drivers I encountered. Both had excellent, cheerful and helpful attitudes and were a positive experience! Both should be given raises! For reference, I was on the last shuttle just before 1:00 AM and then caught the 5:00 AM back to the airport. Those men were fantastic with your all of your guests!
