It wasn’t perfect! We reserved the suite for 3 person, for 4 nights, but they had everything in the suite for 2 people and we had to ask them every day to provide us extra towels, cups, etc.

1) Probably the best hotel, very similar to Four Seasons, probably better than that. 2) Amazing staff, very welcoming. 3) We got a great upgrade to a suit, which was worth it.

One complaint: the deck around the adult pool was SO HOT the first day we wwent that we nearly burned the bottoms of our feet getting to the pool from the lawn. YOU MUST POST SIGNS WARNING GUESTS TO USE SOME TYPE OF FOOTWEAR GOING TO THE POOL FROM LAWN SEATING.

When we first arrived, the sun was setting. What a beautiful first impression, we saw the sunsetting as we got out our car and walk into the lobby. The staff welcomed us with leis and the valet/bell staff was nice. Check in was nice as well, they gave us a room upgrade without us asking. Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious. The pool guys was great as well! The bar and restaurant staff was friendly as well. It’s wonderful they have a beach on property and you can watch the sunset, peaceful way to end the day. They gave us complimentary drinks, cakes and a snack bag for my daughter’s birthday! Our overall experience was amazing! We will stay here again if we come back to Maui.
