Room size is decent, front desk is nice. Indoor pool has warm water which is good. But the parking fee and the water in the room is not free( need hilton certain level ) come on, people already spend hundreds of dollars to stay at your hotel and thats the best you can do?

Stains all over the carpet in our room ,, called for housekeeping they came an hour later and said nothing. Front desk was a new guy was not helpful at all . Couldn't answered questions. We asked for new towels It never came. No room services, no fridge in rooms . Anyway we were a bit disappointed to say the least .

Tired old property in a slightly sketchy area of town. You either get freeway noise or train noise take your pick. First room they gave me had broken slider that might as well have been open to the outside. Second room faced freeway which I specifically said I didn’t want. Dirty carpet and tub. Plenty of better choices for the money.

Great for overnight stay
The room was clean and comfortable. It was very spacious, which was great for the kid with us. The beds were comfortable. We slept well. The bathroom door did not slide to close, so we had to shower and everything with the door open. No privacy. We parked on the street to avoid paying $39 to park. It was well lit and safe. Upon check out we were charged $4.73 CA Tourism Fee we were not expecting. Overall nice short stay

Very out of day, dirty. The shower water is so weak. The equipment is so old. There is no hot water in the fitness room for over 1hour. The second day I really want to have early check out. But could not. Also there is no fridge in the room. So inconvenient. The most horrible is I did not drive and do have car for parking. But got charged on my credit card after I checked out more than 10 hours. I have to make the calls, long time waiting and did not get the right answer. I have to call again and again the long distance. Expedia you should get involved for this kind of cheating and your referral is terrible. I like my money back.

This property was very clean. In a secure locarion. The staff was njce and very helpful. There w a s a small eating place at the hotel but wedidnt use it.

Not sure about a next visit
Hotel conveniently located for a weekday event. However I would have liked to see cleaner rooms especially floors (bathroom & carpet).
