Housekeeping was rude and kept interrupting us even though we had a sign on the door because she wanted to know when we're going to check out she knocked a total of two times before check out time. There were blood stains on the curtains and bedspreads. The hot water did not work. We complain to the front desk and they did nothing. * Pictures of blood stained curtains, sheets and comforter attached.

This stay was average. On day 1 of staying, we didn’t have hot water but the staff was quick to accommodate us to another room which had running hot water. The hotel overall needs an upgrade which include the appliances in the room , esp the TV. If you just want somewhere to lay your head this is pretty much that hotel.

It’s a two star hotel at best now. Just average.
We’ve been coming here for years but since Covid it’s definitely gone downhill. This time the elevators didn’t work so you had to use the stairs. And our floor had a sewer backup or something because the whole floor smelled horrible. We had to turn on the fan and open the windows. It was bad. And they changed the cookie recipe. We used to look forward to them as a treat after traveling all day but we didn’t even finish them this time. Just disappointed overall. The staff is still great but they spend most of their time apologizing for things that didn’t work or were closed.

The food there was way over priced and small portions. Also they charge 25 dollars a night for parking. I never saw anything about those charges prior to booking. And if you dont sign up for their rewards program they charge you for wifi and the tiny bottles of water in the room.
