The property was filthy. The reception area had a filthy couch. The rooms were dirty floors, towels, dingy and hard really tiny. Room smelled like stale. Must the furniture was chipped and old. Beds were like rocks and squeaky. Entire parking area was filthy. Full of dirt and trash deafly never stay here again unsafe environment.

There was no soap and there was hairs in the Towels. Area was under a bridge and felt unsafe.

Room very basic, minimal number of towels, but clean inside and out. A healthy walk to Old Town San Diego but I was happily pleased with the reasonable price.

The Hard 2 Motel
It's a delapidated place with a lot of noise and vagrency not even a comfortabale chair to sit in, I had to ask for a chair and it wasn't the kind that was built for comfort or relaxation. To top it off, the morning of my last day me and my wife was woken up from water from the room above us pouring throug the light fixture in the bathroom. The management said they would find us another room when one comes available but after that we didn't want to stay there anymore. We ended our vacation trip right then and there, got our refund for that day and headed back home. The worst place I have ever stayed in.

The staff is always friendly and professional. They work very hard to keep it clean . They have a pool and are renovating the JacuzziThey have washers and dryers. . It is an economic motel. Doesn’t have fancy stuff ,but it’s safe, comfortable and clean.

This was an awful hotel stay and surprised Expedia promotes it. The property is under a freeway, bums liter the area and it definitely doesn’t feel safe for a single woman. The property was dirty and run down but it was better than the interior. The hotel was loud late into the night, the room did not look like the pictures, the towels and beds where dirty, no soap, no hot water, and damage throughout.

This is an older property a bit run down that is not in an attractive area. However it is clean, well maintained, the staff is great and the prices very affordable.The location is convenient for getting to other places. I would stay again.
