Overall it was a decent hotel. My bed sheets did have to be changed due to finding hair in the sheets and some black stains. The next day housekeeping was supposed to come but didn’t.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. While the room was clean, there were several issues that made my stay unpleasant: The air conditioning did not work, and the room was uncomfortably hot. The iron provided malfunctioned and wet my clothes, and it appeared to be quite old. The restroom door did not lock properly. I was incorrectly charged for bottled water that I did not use. The lighting in the room was too dim, and additional lighting would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, these problems negatively impacted my overall experience. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.
