The place is conveniently close to the freeway and a major street. It is loud outside from the road noise, but quiet inside the room. The floor was a little dusty, but otherwise the room was great!

They had bed bugs !! The guy at the front desk was so non chalant about it. The room looked “clean” once you get comfortable you can visibly see them and not even just one we found 6/7. Also got bites on us and didn’t even lay down and get comfy.

Front desk lady-awesome and fixed the nonworking TV. After more concerns kept arising - management had no concern for customer and did not provide refund for having to leave in middle of night and could not shower due to ROACHES on shower wall and falling into tub, no soap/shampoo, musty smell in bathroom with roaches. We even sent pictures of ROACHES falling! Unable to say goodbye to son after dropping him at school because had to leave in middle of night.

Fast and efficient check in, under 5 minutes. My room on the second floor was Super Clean and comfortable. I only meant to stay a few hours but ended up sleeping comfortably until the morning. I will return and totally recommend others to stay here.
