Parking issues
This property was very beautiful, had a great vibe and was very modern but there were a few things I did not like. Starting with the parking. They have a back parking lot and a parking garage. This parking garage is open to the public for very cheap so of course on busy days it’s almost impossible to find parking. I have a 8 foot truck which is standard size for most new trucks and I did not fit in the garage at all and the back parking lot was always full. There was no additional parking accommodations besides having to leave it in the 20 minute parking overnight and warning the security in hopes they wouldn’t tow it. The AC in the room also wouldn’t go lower than 71 no matter how many times I tried. It would say 65 but then go right back up again so sleeping in the heat was definitely not comfortable at all. Overall the property was clean, staff was friendly but these small inconveniences set apart basic needs in another hotel for $500 a night I definitely expected more.

Only stayed for 1 night. Hot water was not available in shower that night and the following morning (so had to take a cold shower both times). Hotel front desk and manager did nothing to resolve this. When I complained to the front desk after I checked out, they told me to go to the back of line (with the people checking in).

Our kids loved the pool, the room was clean and the beds comfortable. We got clean towels and our beds made everyday.

Overall our stay was okay. Stayed with 2 kids there were about 3 pools which was nice to have the option my kids were not able to get on the water slide with their life vests which was very annoying. The check in process was very disturbing as we were already waiting for 30mins the front desk attendant had a Caucasian woman cut in front of us without letting us know the reason. I was so pissed. I needed to talk the manager about it. My kids enjoyed it but I did not feel welcomed
