Staff were very polite and helpful, all though some of the front desk staff don't have the best English-speaking skills. Parking is a nightmare. The hot"c" el parking is EXTREMELY limited, and you have to get a map emailed to you from the hotel in order to find the gate and get buzzed into the patking area which is really only suits small cars. Our Citroën Grand C4 Spacetourer barely fit between the lines.

Extremely noisy - it’s after 2am and disco so loud
The service is good. But it is after 2am and cannot sleep as the discos close by are in full swing. I am on the 12th floor and it is as if the disco in my room. Not comfortable at all. I paid over £100 a night for a single room I expect to at least sleep! Very bad.
