The property is good location. We used the small market inside the hotel to buy toothbrush and paper plates. We walked to the Fair Wind snorkel tour from the house. The pool area is huge and my kid loved the water slide. The only issue is there are cockroaches in the room.

We absolutely love the outrigger. We stay here every time we visit Kona. The location is amazing. We love Kesha bay. Love the outrigger swimming pool is amazing with the waterslide beautiful sunsets. Next time we want to check out the luau.

Booked 2 rooms with 2 beds and put us in rooms with one bed. Front desk staff couldn’t help when I came back to correct. Had to wait for a manager who I will say was very nice and helpful. Towel desk had no towels 4 times over a 24 hour period including first thing in the morning. Did not come to clean the room until after 4:00 every day. Tried to have dinner in the hotel restaurant and was told no waiting list but rather to go online and make a reservation over could order at the counter and sit in the bar area. Thankfully a bartender was extremely nice and did not make us do that. Meanwhile 2 hosts stood there the entire time we ate and did nothing. Tried to rent snorkel gear first thing in the morning and was told it was being cleaned. Not sure why it was not cleaned the night before and ready to go.

Everything was great! Location was great, friendly staff, restaurants were good, convenient store with great items! Only negative was the spa was getting renovated, one of the main reasons I chose this resort! Will definitely stay here next visit!

Not a lot of food options nearby but the coffee stop/restaurant was good for what we tried. Nice balcony and big room. Loved the pool and slide!
