If you have a stay that qualifies for housekeeping services, traditional housekeeping service will be performed every 3rd day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services take place between 8 am - 430 pm daily. We are happy to bring back our Aloha Greet to welcome guests to the condo on arrival. Specific great times are set on your day of arrival.

A Note from the Owner: Of all the units in Makena Surf, the original developer of the resort kept this one for himself! This rare corner unit provides panoramic ocean and beach views and overlooks the historic landmark Heiau garden. The one of a kind location and large side windows combine amazing light with privacy and closest access to the main beach. Completely renovated with beautiful stone and wood surfaces, contemporary but comfortable decor, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, high end appliances and state of the art electronics. Master and guest bedrooms have California King beds and spa-like, en suite bathrooms. Guest bedroom includes a loft custom-built to hold two extra-long twin beds. Large lanai is complete with Brown and Jordan furniture and barbecue for spectacular sunset views and dining. Living room entertainment center has a Smart TV and sound system, complimentary HD channels and high speed WIFI.

The unit is located in Makena surf resort, a luxurious secluded beachfront condominium located in exclusive Makena resort.

This gated community was developed with six 2 & 3 story buildings each offering sweeping views of the pacific. The pristine and picturesque beach and rocky shoreline fronting the property is exceptional for sunsets, swimming, sunning and spectacular seasonal whale watching.

Makena surf resort offers central air conditioning, two large pool areas with Jacuzzi, private gas barbecue areas, four tennis courts and free on site parking. The interiors include large fully equipped kitchens, wet bar, washers & dryers, cable television, free local phone service, complimentary high-speed internet, private lanais and luxury linen. This property exceeded all our expectations! We reviewed dozens of options before selecting this location and property and could not be happier. You literally cannot get closer to the beach. The location was superb, near a lovely shopping center, restaurants and several resorts including two that have luaus. There really is no better spot. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the property manager answered all our questions via text within minutes. We highly recommend this rental!

This property is amazing! Beautiful grounds, decor and beaches! Some of the best snorkeling from shore. It is a short drive to restaurants and shopping. Great if you want to get away! We’ve stayed at Makena Surf 3 times now and love it. This condo was well appointed and had everything you needed. The managers were easy to work with. Hated to leave!

Perfect in every way!
We just returned from our stay here and can't say enough good things about it. We are a family of five (myself, my husband, our two sons, ages 25 & 22, and our daughter, age 24). The condo was the perfect size for us. We loved the condo the minute we stepped in and were greeted with a spectacular view of the ocean. Our favorite things were the mornings and sunsets sitting on our balcony overlooking the ocean. Absolutely stunning view! We also loved the easy walk to the beach, which was never over-crowded. We stayed at the condo for many meals because we didn't want to leave! The condo is very updated, clean, quiet and comfortable. We highly recommend this condo!!

Fantastic condo right on the beach
This is truly a luxury condo with all the amenities you could imagine. The views are great and probably one of the best places to watch the sunset on the island. The beach is beautiful and not very crowded with some good snorkeling nearby. If you are patient you may even meet one of the sea turtles. We spent 5 days there and wished we had booked for longer!

Gorgeous condo & Stunning views!
This condo is gorgeous! My family of 4 stayed & it was more than enough room for us. The view from the huge balcony is awesome...probably the best view we've ever had. The condo is very clean (I'm very picky about this & I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness) & decorated beautifully. The beach at Makena surf is very nice...it never got crowded, my kids loved boogie boarding & they saw 3 sea turtles during our stay. It was very quiet at night, which I liked a lot. The weather was great. The area of Makena is a little far from restaurants but it was worth the drive for how much I liked the area. I would definitely stay there again, it was an awesome place!! Thank you to the owners!!!

Beautiful unit and location
We very much enjoyed our week long stay here. Beautiful, clean, well maintained unit with great views of the beach. The location can't be beat for a quiet, relaxing stay with easy access just North in Wailea to shops, restaurants and activities. The service provided by Ali'i resorts was great with daily towel service and any assistance that is needed. Looking forward to our return in 2018!
