I would have appreciated a microwave in the room and that the refrigerator could have been bigger also having some small utensils like tea spoon would of been nice. Otherwise our stay was a very relaxing one and was able to navigate places easily(Not to far from Train station).

I am very satisfied with JAL hotel. Only thing I think can be improved is the shuttle schedule. It will be convenient for guests if you have the shuttle service in the afternoon or evening from hotel to Haneda Airport. Thank you!
