This hotel is excellent. I’ve stayed here before many times. Free shuttle to airport. Or you can take metro for a dollar. A leisure 7 minute walk to the station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Most speak English and made check in a breeze. Plenty of dining options within a 5 minute walk. Lawsons right next door for late night snacks. Saw couple complaints about size of room. This is Tokyo. All rooms are small here. Size will cost you $$$$$. Overall, outstanding hotel. Highly recommend.

The staff are are fantastic willing to answer any questions you may jave, and guide you through anything you may need. The proximity to the Airport makes it really simple to get to your terminal in a fast timely manner. I'll take a 7 to 9 minute bus ride over a 30 minute walk anyday. The only thing i would have liked is for there to be more than one laundry facility. One laundry with 2 machines for the size of Hotel seems like too little to me.

At first glance, the property is attractive. The pictures on Expedia are alluring, and when you walk in, the lobby is nice. The staff is pleasant enough and the hotel shuttle is convenient. HOWEVER, there are quite a few cons: 1. The room is TINY. Barely any room to walk around your luggage, snd the carpet was damp. The bathroom is so small it looks like it belongs on a cruise ship, but it was clean and the bidet is nice. 2. The bed is hard as a rock. I have never felt a mattress as hard as this. 2. The box spring was uncovered and had stains from some sort of liquid, I pray it wasn’t pee. 3. We asked for a late checkout and they wanted to charge 100 yen for each extra hour. I was shocked that they didn’t offer at least one extra hour as a courtesy. 4. The breakfast buffet is extremely limited, and what they do have is not good. I ate watermelon and left the rest on my plate as it was inedible. 5. Five minutes before checkout time, a voice came over a LOUDSPEAKER in our room demanding that we get out. I’ve never experienced anything like it. All in all, I won’t stay here again and do not recommend.

The main reason I booked this hotel is to have a FREE airport shuttle from Haneda, so I do not have to deal with the train or bus late a night. I arrived at Haneda a little bit past 7pm due to delay. Anyway, the shuttle availability was very limited. I did not have my ride until 10:25pm. It seems like this hotel is used by the JAL crew. Hence, the crew takes priority over the customers..or I could be wrong. Anyway, customers cannot ride with the crew. You have to wait for the customer-designated schedule. This is a good hotel for a one night stay. The room is tiny than the usual hotel room by US standard. It is clean, and has personal care supplies that you have to pick up at the lobby. Just across the hotel is a Family Mart. For me, this is a big plus, where I bought my first breakfast at the kombini.

This was a nice property in close vicinity to the airport. Staff was nice and check in was very smooth. The property and room were very clean and has a nice bidet. There was a convenient free shuttle to the airport. My one complaint is the size of the room. It was teeny tiny! Me and my partner could barely squeeze our luggage around the bed. Additionally, the mattress was way too firm - it was hard to sleep on.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Their shuttle service was easy to use, and the hotel is in a walkable neighborhood that is just a quick 4 minute walk from Anamori Inari Station. There is a very interesting shrine to visit in this neighborhood as well. Plus, several restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to stay in a quiet neighborhood outside of Tokyo.
